1997 Stone Island Herringbone Chore jacket (XL)

Vintage Stone Island Herringbone cotton chore jacket. 
Made in Italy.

Constructed of a heavy herringbone twill cotton with traditional patch pockets, featuring metal embossed Stone Island buttons and the famous, sort after original green edged removable compass badge on the left arm.

Excellent condition for age with minor signs of wear, unfortunately the piece number label from the back neck and the care labels which would contain the Art. no are missing from this piece. 
After dealing with Stone Island pieces over the years, and from carrying out my own research I am confident I have dated this correctly, however some other sellers, who have sold the same jacket claim this to be from 1988. Either way its a beautiful piece of casual wear that looks as good worn now as it did when it was new.
