1980s Berghaus Monsoon Goretex Mountain Parka (S)

A immaculate example of a 1980s British made Berghaus Monsoon in the original nylon Gore-Tex fabric.

This piece has recently been refurbished by Berghaus and had a full retape.

Features a wired peaked hood, 2 way zipper, internal map pocket and adjustable storm cuffs. These jackets have a generous cut to allow for layers and are slightly longer in length to keep you as dry as possible in heavy rain, hence the name of the jacket ‘Monsoon’

A classic piece of British outerwear which was as common on the football terraces as it was for it’s original intended purpose of the great outdoors.
